Megabus - Amenities not working
Both trips coming and going No wifi and no electricity to charge my phone. I would like a refund on both trips.

There are half a dozen reasons why amenities are not working but doesn’t change the fact that you STILL took the trip. Go away you got EXACTLY what you paid for.
Cheap. The extras are just that extra.
