I have attempted several times to change my travel plans via the system and it does not accept the information you have provided. Then you want to charge an additional $12.00 to change it on the phone, how is this fair.
Megabus is making a ridiculous amount of money but their customer service is lacking greatly. The "supervisor" Lela tells me that because the system isn't working properly then there is nothing they can do but change it and charge me additional fees. This B.S. and a total rip off.
I will NEVER recommend this service ever again and in fact I will blast it to the mountaintop how these practices are unfair.
