I spoke with a customer service representative about the date of my ticket. He was very rude and did not try to assist me besides me buying another bus ticket. I do not recommend this bus company to anyone.

It's snowing horribly outside and the aren't delaying the bus. I feel uncomfortable traveling and wanted to switch to the next day and they wouldn't allow it. I was happy to pay a fee for this and still not helpful. I use Megabus every weekend... Disappointed

I was told my luggage will be sent to San Antonio lost and found, so i just want to know how to get in contact with SA lost and found.
