Megabus charged me twice online for one ticket. Never refunded me the $52 they said would be refunded in a hour.

Bus never made it with my children

I've been waiting since 6:30pm for my 2 teenage sons to come from mobile Alabama to Atlanta GA for 745pm it is 1030pm and customer service is giving me the run around no one knows nothing management refuses to call me. I have a sick 8-year child who has type 1 diabetes who started getting ill. Customers couldn't care less and I'm pissed. I will never travel or recommend megabus to anyone.

Bougit a ticket reservation 9-50**-******-M94R-2220-NOL-ATL my bus was to leave on July 2, 2020 at 10:20 pm I got to station and was told there was no Megabus leavening at that time.what is the proble

What can be done about this because I was never notified there would be no bus. I was suppose to be in Atlanta at 8 am today July 3, 2020 I could not reach any one at megabus Please call me 413-218-**** or email me @***.givan@***.com

I couldnt make reservation online, it said the payment didnt go through, though I tried with all other credit cards &;;;; I changed with desktop, iPhone all device it didnt work. I called my credit cards, they told me credit cards didnt decline, its from Megabus website. Please help to fix the problem, if I have to make reservation via phone, Megabus charge $7 additional money. I have to report this issue with government, this is unfair practice. Since yesterday, today it didnt resolve the problem, the website blocks people from make reservation online.

Checking on bus in st. Paul due at 12:20 pm

Waiting for a Megabus with my 4 year Son and 3 huge bags of luggage since 11:50pm. Wednesday July 1st bus schedule to Depart at 12:20 am from st. Paul In Union Depot but the bus never Showed up worst experience in life.

User's recommendation: Ride Greyhound they had 2 buses that Showed up.

They did the same thing to me and my daughter, and we NEVER GOT REFUNDED. They make money by selling tickets, then NOT SENDING A BUS, and REFUSING TO REFUND BY BLAMING YOU FOR "MISSING THE BUS" THAT NEVER EVEN SHOWS UP. It's a TOTAL SCAM, read the other BAD REVIEWS

Late bus info

Bus was late to my dropoff had to sleep at the stop till the next afternoon bus was late 3 hours

Traveled on the bus

I traveled on the megabus sunday June 28, 2020. the driver wasn't driving good. I had a bad experience. he would run off the road some. so you need to check into that cause yall dont need drivers like that

Trying to change ticket

Megabus - Trying to change ticket
For ten minutes I tried online to cancel and get a credit for a reservation prior to the three hour cutoff. I punched in the reservation number and was told it wasnt the right number. I then called the customer service and was told it was too late. I have a health condition and with covid numbers in a record high today in San Antonio i thought it best to rent a car instead of take a potentially dangerous bus trip to Dallas. Everyone I talked to at customer service read a disclaimer and refused to let me speak to management and hung up on me. I would like a refund and or credit for my ticket. 13-6079-****20-M72-1615-SAN-DAL Thanks for your time

Bus didn't come

Hi the bus was to be there at 920 the bus was 4 hours later there no place to wait on the bus can't go anywhere to use the bathroom that's not good they I'm calling they talking about call back in 10 minutes if the bus don't come they say they giving me a refund we will see

This is a common practice of Megabus. They leave you stranded, then BLAME YOU (claiming that the bus came, but you "missed" it) Soon they will be out of business.

Service is fantastic except for the fact i can never ride anywhere in peace, other passengers refuse to use headphones...and this is on every mega bus ride i have ever been on I utilize the service very frequently from Atlanta to Orlando. Drivers do nothing To rectify situation

Costumers service spoke way too fast

Called to get a ticket for my nephew...the rep was rude ..didn't listen to my questions...(I'd hadn't bought from site til yesterday)...she sounded like she was reading from a script and when asked to confirm she just rattled off my info way to fast.... my nephew hasn't received his ticket through his email as of this writing....I am fearful of calling back ...will ask for different rep if I this person takes my call.
