Cuz the website and auto voice representative are absolutely no help

Its not letting me book a trip from charlotte to New York on the website. And why do you have a customer service number that provides absolutely no customer service its really ridiculous at this point.

User's recommendation: Fixed the website and if there are certain stipulations put it on the website and get a real human on the customer service number so it’s efficient for the consumer please and thank you.

hi on july 18 2020 sat i booked mega bus tickets to go to newyork it was last mint so thy only had 2 tickets left and i booked it for me and my 10 year old son we had to get there because we had emergency and when we get to the stop the drivder was so rude and would not listen to me i explain that since we r family please let my 4 year ride with us because there dad is sick .driver said why u booked 2 tickets and i explained that it was honest mistake plaese take money for tikt and we have to get there in emergency but he was so rude and loud did not listen to us and closed the bus door and left .i am contacting customer serviice because i am mega bus customer for 7 years and i am vbery disappointed with the driver .plus please refund me my money the website was low and thy took money from my 2 cards visa and discover .my booking number is A14YQBQ AND RESERVATION NUM IS 40/41-6471-****20-M21-1505 BAL-NEW

Complaint of driver

I caught everything on video the driver was swerving in and out of traffic ran off the road multiple times stopped on the side of the highway over 30 minutes I was two hours late to my destination she was cursing and was saying some pretty outrageous things over the loudspeaker, and I was able to catch everything on video she almost ran multiple cars off the road, and I was very terrified something needs to be done about this immediately or I will be sending the video to corporate through social media

No bus/ No Refund

I had to reschedule my bus 3 different times due to said Coronavirus issues. I would like a full refund, I had to use Greyhound in May on the same day my bus did not arrive in Las Vegas, I spent a total of $105 dollars extra to get out to Los Angeles and back. I also used a Lyft to go to the SSTC station. Your Service is Terrible and so are the Customer Service Agents.

User's recommendation: Run the buses And stop lying to Passengers, If not give them a refund.

Fraudulent use of my credit card

At 11:30 PM central time my credit card was used to purchase a megabus ticket for $39 I have no knowledge of this charge and request a resolution ASAP,

Bus never showed !

waited 40 mins on corner for Mega bus from Philly to NYC on 7/3 for 7:10pm it never showed .. had to run to 30th st. station to get train to NYC .. and they wont give me my money back !

Megabus keeps cancelling my reservations

If anything the situation is worse. They cancelled again and I was only able to book one way because they had no buses returning on the same day.

The next available return was one week later!

I couldn't picture myself living on the streets of Toronto for a week. This is the only bus serving Welland!

Since March Ive had my Megabus reservations cancelled a dozen times. I have to pay a fee each time to reschedule and by now have paid at least $30 in fees on too of the price of the non-refundable ticket. I rescheduled again yesterday and today they cancelled giving me very few dates as alternative options. What kind of business does this? Why dont they refund my money. Its impossible to rebook in the limited time they require. Im feeling ripped off.

Stuck in memphis paid for a ticket no bus

I am beyond pissed i paid for a ticket in june for the 11 45 bus and i have my 2 elementary school children with me i have no money then i have a redemption code from the money back for the trip i took yesterday and now this i am pissed i am upset . I GOT NO NOTICE OF THEIR BEING NO BUS AT NIGHT LEAVING MEMPHIS

Rebooking

I cancel a reservation that was for today so I can rebook it for tomorrow I was credited my money for my ticket and I needed the same time but for tomorrow and it would not let me book it the new ticket for tomorrow was the same price 49.99 I called to book it and call kept hanging up and this was before the 3 hour deadline now I lost my 49.99 credited because y'all won't let me book my reservations I even tried to pay with my cards and it still wouldn't let me

Recent trip/ Nash to atlanta

On the 8th of June I booked a trip from Nashville to Atlanta. I was informed to arrive 15 minutes early. Which I did. At approximately 5 til I approached the driver and asked if it was too early to board the bus.... Her response was "you're good. The driver is not here yet". I went back to my Aunt's car and waited while watching the bus for the driver's arrival. 10 minutes went by. Again I inquired about boarding... Her response was. "oh l am sorry you can board but I am still waiting on the driver. I don't know where he at". I boarded the bus. Only half the people on the first level were wearing a mask. That concerned me so I proceeded to the upper level. There was debree everywhere. The floor was sticky as though someone had spilled a sofa. It made me question the cleanliness of the bus.... Period!!!!!!! As time progressed a lady returned to the bus. From purchasing food. MInd u NO MASK She I formed us all the driver an elderly black man had arrived. 20 minutes later the bus had yet to move. Out of curiosity I asked the NEW DRIVER how much longer before we leave. His response was" I don't know. I am not the driver. He still ain't here yet" I then replied what is the hold up. We have been sitting here for 20 minutes under the IMPRESSION YOU WERE THE DRIVER. He then informed me his purpose was to relieve the first driver. And when our actual driver finally does show up. He still had to drive to Chicago, By my text records.. We pulled off at 7:02Nahville time. None of us even knew the driver had arrived. There was no greeting, explanation, apology. Information about an E T A NOTHING.,How rude and unprofessional!!!!!!!!!!!! Fast forward to Chattanooga. Now I am famished was going to grab a burger... When we stopped he announced that it was not a rest stop. But drop off. Although I was starving. Actually beyond FAMISHED. But I had no choice. I then texted my sister to inform we were in Chattanooga. She asked me what time she needed to be at the bus station to pick me up. In turn I asked the driver. His response.... We are running 2 hours behind. Again I asked. What time should I have my ride there. He abruptly responded in 2 hours. All my years of travel. I HAVE NEVER EVER. had a driver or pilot not an once an E t a. And that we have arrived. And thanks for choosing mega bus.... Etc. Unbelievable. I was appauled at the lack of professionalism. The lack of cleaniless. The lack of enforcement of masks. I could go on and on. Sooooooo VERY DISAPPOINTED. MY QUESTION NOW IS...... WHAT ID MANAGEMENT going to do

Late Bus

I waited in Memphis on the Megabus for an hour, because megabus was very behind and being that I had an arranged flight scheduled, I had to go to find my own way to Atlanta to avoid losing my flight being that it was $600. Im not sure when or if the bus ever arrived but I would like to receive a refund. Ive rode with megabus for years and had this problem before but didnt sweat it because I never had to make other arrangements and eventually the bus always came. But this time I had to go out of my way to make it to Atlanta in time for my flight.

Missed Megabus

Due to traffic and slow moving public transportation I arrived at the station 10 minutes late, totally understand policy, but I paid a lot for the service 72 dollars, almost a hundred just to be told I can't get a refund, can change the ride to another time?
