Wanting credit for reserved seat expense on next trip on Mega Bus
On Monday, June 27, 2016 I had a reservation on Mega Bus from Dallas back to Austin (Reservation #17-3727-****16-M72R-1755-DAL-AUS). I paid for a reserve seat but was not put on a Mega Bus, instead we we're routed to a white Kerrville bus back to Austin, and were not given a reason why. I paid for a seat I did not get to use. I am needing to go back to DAL on Thursday, July 7 and would like to reserve a seat. I would like to use the credit from June 27 to pay for the reserve seat on July 7. How do you make that happen? I was pushed by the driver and he tried closing the door on me and hit me with the bus door. He refused my ride I had to pay someone to bring me to the location where we switch over to the bus that brought me to my destination. He tried to get the other driver to refuse me but he didn't. Thank God Who Is in control. There were a lot of witnesses that seen the incident. He was very rude to me and others. His badge tag says his name was Paul Booker

My name is chrles reynolds-watson and i purchased 2 rickets to ride on your buses,.i had already been giving a replacement ticket to ride for free because the bus i was on had broken down for over three hours and that was for this past x-mas, so i do ride with your copany quite alot. I'm a u.s veteran and in the past i,ve had back surgey, about 5 or 6 days before i was going to leave my back was hurting me to bad to make the long ride sitting so i was unable to go.i brought tickets for my brother and a friend to travel with, but i was unable to go niether were they. These tickets was for us to leave on the 10th of feburary 2016 i called afew days in advance to see what i needed to do so that would not just lose my money, i thought that someone would hsve gotten back to me by now but as of yet no has. I ride mega bus all the time .didnt get drivers name that drove me from san antonio to houston 12..18..2015 7..45pm She was a tiny afro lady best driver ever.she handled that bus as it were a vw Bus and handled those large suitcases as if they were empty.mega bus needs to keep this driver .

I bought a ticket online going from austin to houston downtown on the 30 th of july at 1:15 pm. The bus number was DD 564. We read on the megabus website that every person can have 1 luggage and 1 carry-on. We reached to the megabus station we had 2 luggages and 2 carry-on each person.. So we needed to pay for 2 tickets and get on the bus. The driver decided that each carry on would be counted as a big luggage and made us pay 2 times more what we had to pay so that we can get on the bus. He was very rude and impolite to us. The policy was very clear online but both drivers would not abide by it and this is unacceptable. Even after i bought 4 tickets instead of 2 and same for my friend 4 instead of 2 the driver and the other person helping with the luggage threatened to leave us in austin and remove our luggage from the bus just because we tried to show them what was written on the official megabus website. We had to pay and get on the bus else we would have missed our flight but this is going to be the last time we use megabus although we're regular customers. This trip showed us how disrespected we could be and we're not obliged to go through all of this just to take a bus. Good Customer service is the minimum expected when u pay twice the amount you are supposed to pay.

3 May 2015 Traveling from St.Louis,Mo to Kansas City,Mo I had 2 of The Best Professional Driver ever! The ride was so smooth , I couldnt believe I was on The Megabus. Left St.Louis on time and was in Kansac City 3 mins early.Wow! I will make sure these 2 Gentleman are acknowledge by their Supervisors. Outstanding!

Hi I'm a very loyal customer. However while commuting from Chicago Illinois to Minneapolis Minnesota my luggage was taken , misplaced, whatever you want to say. The bus driver was very helpful in trying to find out what happened to my luggage. But when I called customer service all I got was the run around, call back in three days to see if it was returned, then call back in seven days now ten days. All of my cancer medicine, personals, clothes, shoes, and boots were in there as well as books. I described everything in my luggage and it has been to no avail. Someone will call me or my husband and that hasn't happened yet. Can I have my luggage back or be compensated for my things that were lost, stolen I expect to be compensated or my items returned. Sounds as though you do not know how to follow Plain Instruction's.The clerk stated go to PlatForm 5 The bus will leave at 4:30 Right?Why would you leave and go to another PlatForm after being told to go to PlatForm 5?Also you are trying to Play the Race Card Right?You wanted to be taken by the Hand and Lead onto the bus right?Geez,Why are you traveling along you need a BabySitter to accompany you on your next trip and Just maybe you will get on the right bus.Do you even know how to Read English?It's your fault you missed your bus and You are the one who needs Classes on how to follow simple instructions talking about Rude this fit's you to the tee.Trying to place blame on someone other than yourself.SimpleMinded people are a danger to theirselves and A danger to others.You should never travel along period.Since you are referring to these clerk's as being Black right,What is your Race?

Traveling from Ola do ,Florida to Atlanta, Tuesday, November 17. Person (s) smoked on bus approximately every two (2) hours.
Four years ago I traveled on the Greyhound, someone tried to smoke. The driver pulled the bus over and was very upset. Is there a way for the drivers to detect that someone is smoking. I am very disappointed.
I will ask my friends and family not to ride this bus if there are no rules re smoking. I am about to vomit.
