Way behind schedule

Bus driver stopped a few times and did not explain. Finally she stopped to get another driver, and delayed the trip even more. Already an hour behind. This stop and delay was not in the schedule.

I got robbed by megabus

I purchased a ticket from houston to new orleans last week and was not able to make it..so i cancelled my order noteven10 minutes later...i thought they would put my money back on my card but come to find out..they don't do refunds on unused tickets..isnt that against the law or something?? I will never travel again if i have to use megabus...

AVOID

Rode the Minneapolis to Chicago route, complete with a man talking loudly on the phone about his sexual escapades and lots of cursing, a woman across the aisle smoking, and 2 men in the front of the bus who had to be separated before a fist fight broke out. And the driver was alerted to all of this and did nothing. Complained to Megabus, they offered redemption codes for a future ride. Like I'll ever ride that craphole bus again? Nice try, Megabus.

Website & customer service is really bad.

I went 2 website 2 change my trip because I did not want 2 travel from Atlanta to Louisville. I wanted from Louisville to Atlanta the 7:35am bus which arrives in Atlanta @ 3:55pm. I wouldn't allow me to change it so I called the customer service line but it was closed during the 3 hour time period. I was given a 908 # 2 call nut it kept saying there was long wait time try later. This customer service is horrible no help at all. I shouldn't have 2 email no one 2 be treated like a valued customer about not being able 2 get help with a trip change to begin with. I want a refund r a compensated ride for all the inconveniences that I endured trying 2 go visit family 4 the Holiday. This isn't my 1st go around with guys work being hours late like the bus leaving out of Atlanta. Invest in a terminal on cold cities just 4 being late. Take care of the people that make it possible for your company to continue 2 grow am very upset that I have 2 go through all this for a trip change.

No credit

Called to request reissued tickets for next bus due to missed bus. Phone rep said that I could apply credit for ticket already purchased for tickets for next bus. She said I would only be charged a new booking fee. Then when we were done I asked to confirm my credit and she then said I would not receive credit. I have ridden megabus several times, and this seems unfair for a loyal customer.. My email is bluna65@***.com and my phone is (802) 922-****. Thank you.

False Advertising

Megabus - False Advertising
I tried to change the time of my reservation hours before. It was not allowed but online said it was allowed. I am so angry but I am out of $80. I would not use megabus again I am so angry.

it is not worth posting at this website. pissedconsumer contacted me multiple times for video posting and then I keep receiving emails from them continiously.
