I had a ticket from Houston(Katy Mills station) to Austin on 10/10/16 at 1:05 PM.Me and a lot of other people outside the mall under the scorching sun were waiting for over an 4 hours in the designated area in Katy Mills station where we usually take the Megabus to Austin and the bus didn't show up. Calling up megabus customer service didn't help either. They were just asking to wait for another 10 mins and so on. They had a reason that traffic... Read more

I had a ticket from Newton (Riverside station)in MA to New York on 10/9/16 at 4:00. Me and a lot of other people in our cars under the rain were waiting for over an hour in the designated area in Riverside station where we usually take the Megabus to New York and the bus didn't show up. People eventually got disappointed and one by one went to Gobus and got the ticket to New York (another $47). The worst part is that I got in Megabus on 10/7/16... Read more

Bus brought my moms from DC two weeks ago in late and now she's heading back to DC got to the stop @ 2:30 bus was to come @ 3:10pm it's 5:36pm and still no bus. No one knows anything except there late or the next excuse was the bus broke down and a backup was in route but can't give a time.

I told my friend abot the Megabus, she went from Chicago to Cleveland, Ohio, two white girls giggles for one hour. Very bad trip what could have been so funny. Her trip was on October 07,2016.

My boyfriend and I took the Megabus from Omaha to Iowa City on September 11th. We were picked up at 8:00 and dropped off around noon. About an hour after we got off the bus we noticed that our Nintendo 3DS with a Game Fly game in it was missing and realized that we had left it on the bus by accident. On my way to Indy from Chicago I notice we are going off the highway right outside the city to the side streets. Soon we end up going deep into these run down hood neighborhoods west of the highway, not in anyway towards Indy. Then after about 20-30 minutes of this she turns around and take a couple more turns and tells us we need to transfer buses. What a complete delay and late notice. Screw megabus workers. Read more

Made and paid $118 for a reservation from Pittsburgh, PA (for Sept 2, 2016) to NYC and returning from NYC to Pittsburgh (Sept 5, 2016). Had to "cancel" reservation and received a notice from MegaBus that only $116 could be applied to new ticket since I cancelled more than 3 hours before trip and there was a $2 service fee (as outlined in the Terms & Agreement - which I "signed"). I was scheduled to take the bus back from Chicago today at noon. I got there early, loaded my bag, and showed them my ticket, explaining that they likely wouldn't be able to find my number. I didn't know why, but the driver on the way TO Chicago last Thursday couldn't either. She took a look at my ticket, wrote down the number, and we were on our way. I entered the bus at an appropriate hour only to realize that I left something in my car which was a good ten second walk from the bus. I asked if I could retrieve my item and was told I had three minutes which seemed like an easy task since my car was so close.
