Megabus - Horrible customer service.
Did all those things it did not work. Chevelle, megabus customer service manager has given me a platform. I would not recommend megabus. In fact I want to start a class action law suit against megabus. This is a surprisingly easy thing to do. We have enough upset customers to start the process.
Megabus - Bad customer service
I called the night before my bus was leaving I had purchased a round trip ticket I ask somebody what time my bus well because it was writing military time and I did not know how to read military time when she told me the wrong time so I got stranded and I called the customer services supervisor and told him what happened she pretty much said I was out of luck that I had to purchase another ticket there's just a rip-off I've talked to several people who have had the same problem with them I would not recommend anyone see Megabus or neither will I arrive Megabus ever again

The bus broke down on the highway 20 minutes after leaving the station and the driver has given no timeline or details about what is happening. My daughter is extremely upset and we are getting no answers

Megabus - Book a reservation
I have not been able to book my reservation online or on the phone online I'm getting three different prices 4 tomorrow December 28th at 8 50 am the first price I got was $69 the next one I got was $85 the next I got $101 and I have not been able to complete any of the processes
Megabus - Do not use
Stay away from this company. They do not care about people. They dont even have stations. They leave you in parkong lots that are in sketchy locations..dont do it!
Megabus in Mango, Florida - Not helpful
It’s not helpful to have a customer service agent who can’t provide real time info on bus . Bus was over 40 min late and he couldn’t tell us to wait for xx more minutes or if there was a problem with the bus.
