I purchased roundtrip tickets from San Antonio to Houston for a court date, court was reset for the following day so I contacted Megabus to change my ticket and was told I couldn't because they have a 3hr cut-off before bus departure...which I literally missed by FIVE...

Unfortunately, according to Megabus FAQs, the passenger can’t just cancel the bus ticket and get the refund. Also, customers shouldn’t expect reimbursement if the bus journey ...

The bus was going from Baltimore to Annapolis and had already left Baltimore at 11:32 - it is 1:00 and it still is not in!! I was on the phone asking if it had an accident and got hung up on!! It is late at night so no traffic and it take less than 30 minutes to go...
