There was a bus that departed chicago on nov 2 at 100pm which broke down on the way to ninneapolis. The returning bus left minneapolis on nov 5 and ut has beoke down I have called several times and spoke to a Supervisor and so far nothing has been done.

Why would Megabus supply a bus without a working restroom? Surely this is unacceptable because they were aware before we boarded the bus. And now we will have to travel approximately 3 hours to get to a restroom. I appreciate affordable fares the Megabus charges...But this issue should have been dealt with before picking up pessagers. Common sense prevails!!!!

Viajamos ayer 10/27/16 mi esposo y yo desde Tampa a Fort Lauderdale y estamos muy contentos *** el servicio de Megabus Usa. El conductor G. Scott manejó muy bien y su carácter fue amable, cortés, simpático y muy agradable. Gracias Megabus. Un aplauso para G. Scott.

i recently took the megabus route from Austin,Tx to Houston. it was the worst drive. The bus driver was Rude she actually pulled off the road and over the PA system told a passenger not to talk. The passenger was having a conversation with some other passenger's. The driver never confronted anyone, she only spoke on the overhead system. driver also put the lives of everyone on the bus in danger. For the entire 3 hour drive she continuously... Read more

I got to the megabus as soon as it was pulling off got to the door and the driver wouldnt let me on sun oct. 17 chi to minn i felt really bad with all this talk about black unity and all i am black and the drivers were the same i almost. Lost my job because of this do people ever put themselves in others shoes. That. Was really coldhearted.

I don't know what kind of business these folks are running. They clearly stated on my Confirmation that the stop will be temporarily relocated at Bus Bay #4 at the Amtrak bus loading area (West of Union Station). They changed it back to their normal stop, which is at East Patsaouras Plaza without notifying their passengers via email nor signs/notice at or around the temporary location. The amount of time mega bus has been late but they cant let a customer with her kids on the bus while shes at the door blows my mind sorry mega bus you need workers with A LOT less attitude
