Wrong date for my reservation

We had an unexpected death in the family. With the impact such news can have in a person, I made reservations for a family member to take the bus from Ft. Lauderdale to Tampa. In the process, I didn’t realize that I picked the wrong date. I explained the situation to the customer representative and he replied that he had to follow the company policies and procedures and needed to buy a new ticket. I was very disappointed to see the lack of sympathy from a customer service representative.

Left documents on the bus #865

Upon getting off bus, fell on ground and driver took incident report and called ambulance. Pressure was taken and attendant many questions to ensure I was focused. Driver took my bag as I had to go to restroom and in the excitement left with bag on the bus. My phone and keys in the bag with other possessions. PLEASE CONTACT FLORINE MCCREADY AT (410) 415-****

I was a first time traveller of Mega Bus from 8-24-19 to 8-27; it was a round trip from Detroit to St. Louis, MO; upon returning to board the mega bus in St. Louis MO, I was the last passenger to board the bus, and the driver made me walk all the way down to the end of the bays, enter the double doors, and walk all the way back up to the door in order to board the bus; he did not acknowledge me to board the bus although he knew I was the last passenger boarding; then he called out, " Last call for megabus!" Really????? as I proceeded to give my bag to the baggage handler, he directed me to lift my luggage up to him which was above my head and I had already told him that I have shoulder pain so as I lifted up my luggage to hand to him, then lifted from underneath to raise the luggage upward to him he yelled at me telling me to let go he has the luggage--I was shocked; I then proceeded to board the bus; at the rest stop, I came in asking an employee for the restroom when the baggage handler interrupted and yelled out, "Don't you see that big sign that says restrooms?" I was highly offended by his behavior. The bus driver and baggage handler showed poor customer service skills and were the rudest I have ever seen. On a scale of 1 to 10, they don't even make the scale

Horrible customer service, delay in travel, the worst bus system I have ever taken. AVOID. AVOID. AVOID!!! I had a trip scheduled from LIT to DAL and then another connecting trip from DAL to HOU. The pick up at LIT was over 30 min late, and when I had been scheduled to arrive at 5:55 pm I didn’t make it until 6:31. My connecting trip was scheduled to depart at 6:25 pm. When I made it to Dallas the bus had already taken off and I was stranded in a city that was over 3 hours away from my final destination. Not only did they not have any more buses heading to Houston that day, causing me to be stranded in Dallas for a night, they would not refund me $17.00 for the ticket THEY had me miss!! I told megabus this was solely their fault and all they could tell me and a few other passengers was that we could purchase a new ticket for the next day. WHAT A JOKE. Unless you want to be stranded in a random city and forced to give into their money trap, I’d recommend taking greyhound and saving yourself the money and hassle.

i had money stolen from me on megabus and I was told I should have called local police how am I to know what police to call if it happened when I was asleep on overnight bus ride between new York city and buffalo new York, cameras were on the bus and megabus company said nothing they could do

Emergency on the bus

The air conditioning is completely broken on our bus and there are elderly people who are passing out from the heat. This bus ride is 4hr 40min long and we will all be dead if we don’t get off. We don’t know what to do should we call 911?

Hi there, My name is Shabana Shabana I booked a reservation to go from Cincinnati to Chicago and the bus supposed to arrive at 12.30 at Gest St, Cincinnati Downtown.I was exactly here on time and I am still waiting for the bus and it sis not arrive. we have been waiting since 2 hrs and I have 2 little girls that I booked the tickets and unfortunately I cant wait any longer in this scorching heat as my little one started to throw up. I would request you Atleast give a credit My reservation .I hvae to take her to the doc now.I waited for the bus for 2 hr under the sun and my girl got sick. Thank you for considering the situation

Unpleasant Ride

My name is Stephen Montgomery, I booked a reservation from Philadelphia to New York, on 10/20/2010, @ 7:10 am, from Market & 6th St paid an extra $4.00 for seat 9. The person in seat 10, an above average sized male took up 70% of the leg room, then fell asleep. Not wanting to create a disturbance, I moved to general seating. This is my first time using your service. I would like a refund of the $4.00 seat charge. Also there was on toilet paper in restroom.

So I book the wrong date call to reschedule date supervisor said no I lost my money , booked new ticket with right date then 30 minutes before travel time email came in that original bus changed however went got on the bus 39 mins into the trip the A/C leaking to the front of the bus the driver and mechanic stop for a while to fix the problem otherwise we would have to wait for new bus, however the bus was able to continue an hour and a half the A/C water came down on me in my seat wet the whole of me up I had to move to another seat, I spoke to the driver at the end of the ride on Monday morning he said he would let them know, this is my experience yet you be difficult to change my booking date
