You will NOT get your money back without a fight. And even don't bother calling their so-called "Customer Service" that consists of ONE BALD-HEADED HEFFA NAMED NAISHIA who will BLAME YOU FOR THE CHARGE.

MEGABUS is a a LOUSY/RIP-OFF/SCAMMING JUKE JOINT... PERIODT, Several of us who they have stolen money from/left stranded have been trying to bring about a CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT against them as soon as possible.

You better be thankful that, they, MEGABUS) didn't SCAM YOU out of your money by TAKING IT, then NOT SENDING A BUS... Believe me, they have done this to MANY OF US!!!

My all friend who go to NY

I reserved a megabus but I erased my email by mistake. I only know the bus we ride at 11 pm on 21, feb from NY to Buffalo and at 10:30pm on 22 from Buffalo and NY. We are two, Mai Tokuda an Saki Hayashi. Please let me sent emails and information again. Thank you.

Cheap tickets

Bus broke down need a refund

I was on the bus to Baltimore. The bus broken down. The bus driver did not give any information about what was going was the bus not knowing what was going on and when I would arrive. I felt was very unprofessional on how everything was handle.

Horrible company and uncaring

Bus Chattanooga to Atlanta . NO SHOW .Called over 20 times , no one would help . Was told by Customer Service . I was bothering them . my issue was with myself not with megabus . A bus driver going the other direction told me , he was not interested in my problems , he is only a driver. called Corporate this morning , after stating my problem and that I was stranded , FIRST WORDS NO REFUND , I DON'T CARE IF YOU WERE STRANDED , AND IF YOU SUE US , YOU WON'T WIN . Greyhound for me.

They are nothing but a bunch of SCAMMERS!! I had the EXACT SAME THING happen to me last year during the Thanksgiving Holiday.

Paid for a round trip ticket to/from ATL, and the RETURN BUS DID NOT SHOW UP!!

I had to pay EVEN MORE MONEY to get home, and they REFUSE TO REFUND ME!!! This is their Modus Operandi!

Customer service incident

RES# AIZABKQ - Technical error with megabus sight when selecting the pickup time and location for the trip. Selected the right time and location but email confirmation had incorrect time and had us being picked up in a different city. Called and was told that we had to call back after 6:30am to reschedule bc that is when the call center opened. Called and was told that since the pickup time was set for 9:25 we have to pay a fee. The guy on the phone was not understanding of the situation and did not help us out. Asked to speak to manager (Ana: 518****), and she just read out the same script the guy before her read to us. We explained it was a technical error on Megabuss sight and they did not care. They said we still had to pay a fee because it wasnt three hours in advance, which we would have if they were open. I work in the customer service industry so I know how a customer should be treated. If there was something we did wrong on our end we would have been okay with the fee.

Very unprofessional

Supervisor Chevelle was extremely rude and refused to help with an error on their behalf. She would talk over my husband and refused to help with reservation for the trip which is on 2/8/20. Rude and unprofessional!!!Wtf

Customer Service Rep NAISHA is a nasty heffa, too (with her bald-headed self). They scammed $126.00 from me during the Thanksgiving Holiday, and refuse to pay it back. We should start a CLASS ACTION against them.

Dont buy on east cost aweful communication with mega bus rude customer service

Very poor customer service and trying to sale seat to disabled veteran, can't get on website to purchase ticket on line. Wanted me to pay $7.00 extra rip off. Glad I checked Amtrak found much cheaper ticket.

Reservation issue

Going to be 3 minutes late please hold bus

It was our fault he missed the bus by 3 minutes, but was sad they wouldn't wait for 3 minutes.
