Bus hasn't arrived
The bus hasn't made it yet and I called customer service and they couldn't provide any information on why the bus is not here. I'm very upset. It's very cold I have my baby with me. The megabus assistance don't have any information. He can't even get in contact with the driver!

Was prompt and very quickly taken care of and resolve
I had accidentally deleted my verification that I paid for my round trip ticket to Dallas Texas from Austin and I needed it to be covered so that I could get on the bus on the 19th of April

Missed my bus
I missed my bus and I lost my money. There should be some type of way to handle this other then just losing my money. That’s not right.

Your policy sucks!
I missed my bus due to a lack of transportation. There were no cabs available at 230 am and my bus was scheduled to leave at 3:05. I contacted you guys just to find out that I'm just going to lose out on the money I paid the ticket with? That's not fair at all. I will choose greyhound from now on.

Change date request
I called 2 hour and 45 mins before the time of departure. To change the date until saturday.
Refund was not a option. I was one hold for 10mins until i had a live person to answer the phone. When i finally spoke to someone. They told me the computure would not allow them to change the days.
What the point of having a manager if they cant even overide the computure. Very upset i lost my ticket and my money.

Horrible
The bus driver is extremely rude to all people. Very rude. She yelled to everyone and threaten everyone ver all about getting people of the bus if we were not to follow her rules. She did not wanted to hear a single talk on the phone, a ring, question from people and more. Then, she was rude if people made comments of being cold. She would say, "you are the one who bought the ticket, not me. I was in a very entry gray. This bus driver is far from making people feeling happy or safe about the service. She is the cause that I will never in my life will ride this bus ever again.

Bed bugs and night riders
On last stop in NY driver announced: if you are going BACK to DC, leave bus and go to Javitz Center. Only. Ow I recalled it because I believe I am bitten by bed bugs each ride in night megabus. They should forbid to use us as just motel on wheels .

Can't pay for ticket
You called the day of the trip, did you really expect a refund? You don’t get one, that’s obvious.
As for changing the date, I doubt that happened.
I’ve called many many times to change dates of my trips. It costs a little bit, but they’ve done it every single time.
