Complaint

To Whom It May Concern, My bus that was scheduled for this morning from Ithaca West Campus at 6 45 on the 21.03.2020 to New York City never showed up. I have waited 2 hours , I have not received any information that the bus is cancelled. I am deeply disappointed because I am trying to get to the airport to catch my flight to Germany tonight. I am shocked that such situation takes place and I expect explanation and full refund with cover to alternative way of transport for today. Looking forward to the immediate response form your team. Sorry, Luv, but YOU WON'T GET JACK from these bums. Especially not from ole bald-headed Nashia who works in their so-called "Customer Service Department".... Use Greyhound next time, they DO deliver.

I just got trip cancelled and now have to pay for another ticket

i needed to reschedule trip on megabus for one of the tickets cancelled and i am being charged for the ticket even though cancellation is not my fault i need a free reschedule

I CANNOT AND WILL NOT EVED USE MY TICKET. THE CORONAVIRUS HAS CANCELLED ALL EVENTS. I DONT WANT A CREDIT. I WANT A REFUND. I WILL NEVER BE ABLE TO USE THE CREDIT.

This is an easy fix for you and others in the same boat. Pull the terms YOU agreed to.

Show them special circumstances, compassion or understanding clause and you're golden.

If the terms YOU agreed to don't have these clauses, you're stuck with credit and a great reminder to always read and UNDERSTAND terms before saying you did. OK...say it...."You must work for them."

For a refund

I need refund due to flight cancellation and the coronavirus. What do I have to do to get a refund on 5 tickets from New York March 18th to Washington D.C returning March 21st from Washington D.C to New York. I do not need 5 trips before September as discussed with customer service. Please refund my tickets. Thank you for u attention to this matter.

Unprofessional , Dirty, Unsanitary, Rude CSR Reps. ETC.......

I recently booked a trip on megabus from Las Vegas to Anaheim and booked and paid for in advance the return trip. I received a separate email for each trip. When i arrived at the bus terminal there were no signs directing passengers to a certain bay but all the way at the end of the bus bays there is a sign for megabus passengers. A windstar star bus pulled up after getting situated i went into the restroom only to find dirty hand and finger prints which tells me the bus was not cleaned prior to pick up. I was the first person on the bus to use the restroom. I have pics. Then to boot they have no hand sanitizer and no where to wash your hands. I went back to my seat and tried to use the over head lights and they did not turn on. We stopped in Barstow at a truck stop. I figured a 15 minute break....no. I went in got a cup of coffee and cigarettes. Went bank to the bus to smoke before getting back on. I was told we were leaving at 25 after which was now.....we were given s total of 9 minutes at the stop. The only one on the entire trip you are allowed off the bus. I finally asked the bus driver about three overhead lights he informed me he had to turn them on for us and seemed put out by it. 3 other passengers said thank you for getting them turned on. 2nd trip 4 days later i was to return from Anaheim to Las Vegas. After loading the bus and getting situated i noticed there was food between the seats and trash in the net on the back of the seat in front of me. I went intro the bathroom and was met with no sanitizer and dried yellow substance around the toilet. I went to the bus driver and was told someone stole all the sanitizer but he had Clorox spray. I asked to use it so i could wipe down my seat and the restroom. When i contacted customer service because there is no other number. I was hung up on when i said i wanted a refund. I called back and got the rudest rep who tools me no one was available to speak to me i had to e-mail them and refused to get a manager. Also she told me i would not be getting anything since they don't give refunds. This is a horrible way to conduct business....In the midst of the corona virus outbreak you would think the condition of the bus would be important. At least that is what they said in the email i received regarding the corona virus. I never received a phone call from anyone and they had my contact information i gave it to the 1st rep i spoke to...2 days later i receive an email with a confirmation code worth 14.99 towards future travel....that's it. On both trips there were coughing and sneezing kids and adults. I don't feel i should have to clean and sanitize my seating on a trip i paid for. I want a refund for the whole amount.

It leaked from the monitor on us in the top front seats as it rained. The customer service representatives are consistently rude.

The bus im riding at this moment the driver is very alewpy!!!!

It's taking us too long to make a 2hr run to the state line.The driver is swaying and making noise as if to try and keep himself awake!Very dangerous....
