My bus never came to my stop.

I was supposed to get on the bus in the Fort Lauderdale stop on Sheridan at 6:45 pm, going to Orlando. I got to the stop at 6:37 pm. I waited and waited and the bus wasnt coming, so I decided to call the office to find out what was going on. They made me call back about 5 or 6 times, telling me that they couldnt track the bus but that it would be coming to my stop. When it was about 8:30 pm, I got firm and told the last person that was talking to me, to stop giving excuses and to let me know if the bus was really coming. At this point the lady got really rude and told me that I was late for my bus and that it had left at 6:47pm and that if I want another bus ticket I had to pay for it because She was not going to give me voucher. She not only lied about the time that the bus left, but she also denied me a voucher. Ive never seen any company be so rude and take my money so shamelessly.

User's recommendation: If you can not get on another bus, make sure that you record and take pictures of everything because they lie and steal.

Can'tl)l get a lyft ride

And the reason they couldn't help you was....Could it be you bought a non-refundable ticket? Here's what you do, pull the terms YOU agreed to and show them the special exemption clause and you should be fine.

If there isn't one, of course they can't do anything for you. Were they really rude or was it they re-stated that YOU agreed to this? Yeah...Hint: Do not agree to anything unless you READ and UNDERSTAND the terms...

Totally your fault. OK...Say it...."You must work for them."

Changing ticket

After internet site not working. Called customer service and was on hold for hours. Talked to five reps. No resolve due to Covid to change my date on my ticket. Date was changed but no email. Was asked to call back in 10 mins several times only to hear cant change ticket. They kept my money. Very very disappointed!

I had a tix for the 30th at 12 n I was at the terminal at 1158 . No bus was insight or visualized to be leaving at 1202 at I was told... resulting in me being stranded...

Yep, sounds about right... "get the $$, leave 'em stranded/refuse to refund while "claiming" that the bus came/or that you missed the bus"... YOU WILL NOT GET YOUR MONEY BACK FROM THESE CROOKS.

I never got refunded for my purchase of 5 tickets

I purchased 5 tickets going from New York to Washington DC on March 18th and returning March 21st from Washington DC to New York . My family did not come to New York because of the coronavirus pandemic. What can I do to get my money refunded. Thanks for u help in this matter.

Refund

Hello, I booked a trip for April 5th from NYC to Washington DC. However myself and my travel partner were unable to go due to Covid-19. I reached out for a refund and only got my trip for Washing DC to NYC, not the trip back. I would like to know when I will be able to be refunded for the trip back please. In need of refund

Megabus - In need of refund
The day I needed to go to Atlanta you all cancelled my bus. Now you all expect me to pay to change my trip WHICH I AM NOT DOING. I will complain about Megabus and email EVERY SINGLE DAY if I have to until I receive my refund. If you just allowed me to oppositely reroute the trip (meaning from Atl to Montgomery because my trip was from Montgomery to Atl) then we would have a problem. MEGABUS is a scam.

They did the EXACT same thing to me, too (during Thanksgiving holiday 2019).. DID NOT provide a RETURN TRIP bus/FORCED ME TO PAY FOR RETURN TICKETS, and I STILL HAVE NOT BEEN REFUNDED the $300 they STOLE FROM ME!! This is the MODUS OPERANDI for GEORGIA (especially ATLANTA)!!!

Terrible customer service

i called megabus customer service to cancel a reservation because of the coronavirus pandemic. the representative i spoke with was rude &;;;;;;;;;;;;; kept talking over me. they won't issue a refund. they will only ask you to rebook your tickets or get a redemption code to use for a future booking. i was ok with that but the way this representative spoke with me was as if she was annoyed and wanted to put the phone down asap. if you hate dealing with people, i suggest that you not apply for any job related to customer service. i definitely do not recommend megabus!
