The bus was schedule to leave at 10:00pm, I got there at 9:15pm. at 10:30 myself and others called and was told the bus would be there by 11:00 the baggers was there told us to line up in order.
We did. We was rain on earlier, wet and tried, the mosquito was really bad, no good cover no restroom after 4 hrs I could not take it anymore. I call my niece to pick me up, she got there about 2 am still no bus. I just want the full refund that include the return trip from Chicago as well and by the way the bagger left about 12am.
There was old people there myself included and children just eaten up by mosquito. I'm 61 year old.
